The oak leaves, apple, pumpkin and scrolls are all from the Boss Kut die cuts website. The grapes are a design that comes with the Gazelle software. The good news is, the software works with a variety of other cutting machines, including all Klic-N-Kut models, Pazzles Inspiration, BossKut Gazelle, Black Cat Cougar/Lynx, CraftWell’s eCraft, and the Silhouette SD, Cameo, and Portrait. Download and install the Bosskut Gazelle plugin. Scroll down the page to find it. In Make The Cut, you can go to Help>Advanced, and click on the link to Download and Install CutOkDrivers. BossKut has some updated drivers, so if you are still having issues, be sure to register at the BossKut Forum to gain access to the latest drivers.

Oh I definitely understand about the power cord. Its using incorrect polarity and voltage that cause major issues and fires. I certainly will be getting a new one from them, I just would like to test the machine and make sure it will actually work since I bought it used.

I did already contact bosskut, but its already 10pm here so I doubt I will get an answer anytime soon. Since I dont have the drivers, nor can access them, I was wondering if any one had any links to them out there in the internetland that google was not giving me. I'm hoping that the lack of serial code will not cause complications because I really don't want to have to deal with shipping this thing back to the seller and buy a new one lol.

Good stuff. Thanks everyone! I'm able to get the machine to cut now, however, when testing it, it does a terrible job cutting. At any speed, a square is not square. With so much being "plug and play" these days, I didn't give it too much thought and figured something may be been wrong with the machine since I bought it used and nothing was labeled.
I have no idea of the brand of the blades or anything about them. I'll definitely do some more research. I tend to get a little antsy when reading manuals and usually learn as I go. I definitely did not think something like this would be that much more in depth, coming from using a silhouette which I learned from scratch in about an hour lol. It is definitely NOT plug and pray, and thank god for that!!!
This calibre of cutter offers up so much more potential than the cookie cutters - not knocking them, I have small stable of cutters and there's a silhouette in there as well. They all have their place in the craft room, or closet, depending on the job or mood at the time. I think that once you get a little experience under the belt, you are going to love the possibilities!!
Keep asking questions. It is possible that the incorrect power supply could be causing cutting issues. If the machine came with the blade holder and blade originally shipped with the machine, it would have a 60 degree Roland style blade in it. It is very possible that the blade is extended too far. Retract as far as you can and still get a cut through one layer of your media when holding the blade holder by hand. Set the pressure only as high as needed to cut cleanly through the media you are using.
If cutting vinyl, you will set force on the machine to 1. Most cardstock should cut through with a force of 2 or 3. The correct offset for a 60 degree blade would be 30mm if using Make the Cut.
