I have heard that the other two hero mmos are better in this area. Since I had not played the other two, I really like the customization of this game. I'm on a pvp server so there are constant fights and I love it. The quests mostly just come to you on their own so you do not have to hunt for them. There are all sorts of instance missions that you can queue up for as a group. Those can be a lot of fun.
